Jeny Smith is often referred to as the “biking realtor“ or “green agent“ as her mission is to encourage and educate her clients, friends, and family on how to reduce their ecological footprint. She is a very organized, and friendly native Californian who decided at a young age to make a career of real estate. She loves to negotiate each deal as if it were with her own money, and enjoys creating win-win situations. Jeny treats each client with great care and strives to make each interaction a pleasant and enjoyable one. An enthusiastic participant in a variety of activities, Jeny is the Vice President of the Anzavista neighborhood association, a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, San Francisco Bicycle Coalition, and Friends of the Urban Forest. She is a member of the US Green Building Council, Urban Land Institute, and the National Resources Defense Council. In her free time she enjoys yoga, dance, and exploring the beautiful Bay Area. Jeny graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.A in Humanities. She was born and raised in Palo Alto, CA and is a proud homeowner. After college, Jeny worked in Madrid, Spain for three years. She is fluent in Spanish and is working on learning French. She loves to use her language skills in traveling around the globe. |
